Return:

At Nancistore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
• Please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase for verification.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, kindly contact us right away. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned or canceled under the following circumstances:

• Choosing the wrong size, color, or product type.
• The image quality on the product is deemed acceptable.
• Instances such as “I ordered by mistake” or “I’m no longer interested.”
• If you have used a coupon code, refunds will not be accepted.

Additionally, items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Only new and unused items received within 30 days from the date of receipt are eligible for returns or exchanges. After the 30-day period has passed, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for another, the quickest method is to return the original item following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing justification. The same return criteria apply as mentioned above.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
